Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and analytics, using data to inform future strategies and decisions.
- Manage and grow our online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure brand consistency and to amplify campaigns across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and improve our social media strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new social media opportunities and threats, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to enhance our social media presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within a reputable company.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Hands-on experience with content management systems and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
